Fit Fam Community ("we", "us") operates this website at https://fitfamcommunity.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at jasonhouck@fitfamcommunity.com.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about training with us.
Submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. We do not store contact form submissions in a database on this site, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect information about how the site is used. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and may record your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that referred you.
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and which pages people find useful. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel — helps us understand whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site, and lets us show ads to people who have visited it. See Meta's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
If you arrive from a marketing link, we also store the campaign tags from that link (for
example utm_source) in your browser's session
storage, so that if you later submit the contact form we can see which campaign brought
you here. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook ad settings. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" signal, though there is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it.

Other sites we link to
Some links take you off this site — our membership and trial signup is handled by PushPress, and our social profiles are hosted by Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that service applies rather than this one.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
